Yesterday was my 24th birthday and I did a few new things to celebrate. For starters I began my day at 6am to watch the sunrise with my BF =0) ... Followed by some good old oatmeal and some gummie vitamins (such a kid at heart) while I watched the Inauguration on TV. A few hours later I was spending time the doggies and finished getting ready for Dland because for of the 2009 promotion one gets to go for free. However, I have an annual pass so I got the voucher to spend $69 on photos and merchandise.
For lunch we ate at Naples and had a veggie pizza, which was yummy and light. The first ride I went on that day was Toy Mania and earned a sad score of 158,000 with an accuracy of 33%. I really do not understand how others get like in the 400,000's and above, they must either work there or have some hidden secrets. After wards we went to Soaring over Ca and exited CA Adventures and walked to Disneyland.
At Disneyland we first watched Billy and the Hill Billies at the Golden Horse Shoe Saloon. My favorite Billy was there because he does impressions of Elvis and the Beatles. The group we watched had all new material, which was a perk especially on my Bday. I loved the Elvis take on Oklahoma, just was so much fun to watch. We then proceeded to the Jungle Cruise and heard more corny lines and walked over to Buzz Light Year and I earned a Level 3. After, we went to Smallworld, but it was closed because Disney is doing some remodeling and taking down the Xmas theme. Had a $3 Chorro, really crazy how things are so expensive these days. We took like 5 pictures at the Castle with the photographer and I bought two of the pictures because I had my Bday pass card. In the late evening we just walked around and I spent the remaining amount of my Bday pass card in the Disneystore and drove back home.
