Have you ever just woke up in the morning and knew the day was just going to be so horrid. Just every part of your body saying today is an "off day" and there's really nothing you can do about the whole ordeal. Some would say go grab a cup of Java but then it does quite fix the grumpy munchkin inside. Then others say reach for an energizing breakfast and yet that does not do the trick. While others might suggest oh go for a walk in the sun in hopes the sun's rays would spark some good mood juice to flow through your veins because of the adrenaline hormones being activated. Yet, still the horrid "off day" feeling lingers around. Here are some suggestions to help change that horrid morning into a better one:
1. Take a nice soothing bath/shower because it would help sooth the tensed muscles associated with a horrid morning.
2. Listen to some good up beat music to change your emotions from sour to happy
3. Smell an orange or lemon or grapefruit because the aroma of something refreshing could stimulate good thoughts and energy, thus altering the grouchiness into happiness
4. Get a manicure or pedicure or both because getting pampered will change your mood
5. Read a children's book for fun because it is a simple way to bring about good memories that are carefree from life's worries and problems or to get you to smile in an instant
6. Write in your grumpy/anger journal about the reasons why you feel so horrid so that all your negative emotions become conscious so you can work through the real reasons of your fowl mood
7. Sit on your floor and force yourself to meditate while smiling because if you just focus on smiling and breathing all the negativity should leave your mind and you can start feeling better about your environment
