Feeling Highly Annoyed

I really find it annoying when some individuals neglect to call people back when they say they will. If a person forgets about calling back or is super busy then maybe that person should just text and say I'm sorry for not being able to talk at the moment because I'm very busy. It really isn't that difficult to do when you highly regard that person, but if that person is not important to you then you consciously "forget" to return a phone call. I just absolutely hate being left hanging and waiting, hopelessly waiting to get the phone call back or text or even email.
